Proactive review by the Circle of Care

Through?documented?notes?inside?the?ASEP?Tracker,?as well as their own interactions with students, the Circle of Care?members?meets?weekly to?identify:

  • Where they would benefit from additional support.

An?Individualized support?plan?will be?designed, monitored?and followed?up on?immediately?to maximize success and wellbeing.?Liaison staff will communicate this plan of support to parents.

Parents are always consulted on the support plan recommended by the Circle of Care. Our multi-lingual Liaison team keeps parents informed and provide updates on their child’s ASEP performance.
